Fiberon PA12-CF10 is a carbon fiber reinforced filament made from long chain copolyamide. Its designed to be more moisture-resistant than PA6/66 and PA6 materials, while offering better mechanical properties than PA12. The carbon fiber adds extra strength, and the Warp-free technology helps maintain the stability of your prints.

Perché Fiberon PA12-CF10?

Se hai bisogno di un filamento che gestisca meglio l’umidità e fornisca maggiore resistenza, Fiberon PA12-CF10 è un’opzione solida. È realizzato in fibra di carbonio per una maggiore durata, quindi è ottimo per le parti che devono resistere sotto stress. La tecnologia Warp-free aiuta inoltre a mantenere le stampe uniformi, il che significa meno possibilità di deformazioni o distorsioni.

Per ottenere i migliori risultati, avrai bisogno di un hotend interamente in metallo che raggiunga almeno 280°C, insieme a un ugello temprato e un essiccatore del filamento. Dopo la stampa, è una buona idea ricottura le stampe e condizionarle per resistere all’umidità.
