Fiberon PA612-CF15 is a carbon fiber reinforced filament made from long chain copolyimide. Its designed to offer better moisture resistance compared to other materials like PA6/66 and PA6, while also providing stronger mechanical properties than PA12. The carbon fiber reinforcement and Warpfree technology help ensure that your prints stay stable and consistent.

Perché scegliere Fiberon PA612-CF15?

Questo filamento è un’ottima scelta per progetti in cui resistenza e stabilità sono fondamentali. La fibra di carbonio aggiunge durevolezza, rendendola adatta per parti che devono resistere a una certa usura. Inoltre, la tecnologia Warpfree mantiene le tue stampe in forma, riducendo le possibilità di deformazioni durante il processo di stampa. È anche meno sensibile all’umidità, il che può cambiare le regole del gioco se stampi in un ambiente più umido.

Tieni presente che per ottenere i migliori risultati avrai bisogno di un hotend interamente in metallo (250˚C+), un ugello temprato e un essiccatore per filamenti. Dopo la stampa, si consiglia di ricotturare le parti e condizionarle per resistere all’umidità.
